Shaun O’Flaherty brings 25 years of experience in Supply Chain and Logistics. 

As General Manager, Global Fleet Management at Toll Group since [month, year], he leads a team of over 160 professionals, including fleet, design, maintenance, project management and mechanics across Australia. 

He oversees Toll’s fleet, maintenance, manual handling equipment, supporting customers and divisions through an extensive network of workshops. He also manages third-party service providers and strategic partnerships with key Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs). 

Shaun brings a wealth of experience from 3PL environments, where he supported various business units, customers, and stakeholders, including executive leadership teams and boards. Currently, he reports to the Chief Enterprise Services Officer (CESO) and is part of the Enterprise Services leadership team, contributing to Toll's strategic direction. 

Before being appointed to his current role, Shaun served as the General Manager of Toll’s Supply Chain Solutions team for three years, supporting customers and the business with supply chain network design, transport design, distribution centre initiatives, and project management.  

Prior to joining Toll in 2017, Shaun spent seven years at Linfox Logistics based in Melbourne and nearly four years at Coles Group in leadership roles including supporting Coles Online with their home delivery rollout.  

Shaun holds a Bachelor of Business – Logistics and Supply Chain Management from RMIT University and a Diploma of Logistics Management from Victoria University.
