Tracey Templeman is the Operations Manager at FreightTracker, and oversees the delivery of new client go lives, support helpdesk, development and projects. After accidentally falling into the Transport and Logistics industry with a casual admin data entry job in 1996, Tracey found an instant affinity for warehousing. Over the past 27 years, she has done a variety of roles including forklift driver, warehouse manager, national quality manager, warehouse and transport system superuser, business analyst, and IT project management. Having designed and implemented an in-house container transport system, a multi carrier connote system, and warehouse scanning nationally for DHL, Tracey was well placed for a move to FreightTracker in 2019. In addition to her love of rock concerts and performance cars, Tracey is passionate about problem solving and working with FreightTracker clients, using her industry and technical expertise to improve operational efficiency.
