Anita began her career in medical research in Houston, Texas, before moving into FMCG, working across microbiology, chemistry, and manufacturing through lean/six sigma project management. Joining Asahi 12 years ago, Anita has held several roles, most notably as Brewery Manager of Cascade, Australia's oldest brewery, becoming the first woman to hold the position in its nearly 200-year history. She now leads Quality and Technical Services within Asahi Beverages' Supply Chain, guiding a diverse team that brings the company's innovation pipeline to life. Anita is passionate about building the supply chains of the future and fostering a high-performance culture rooted in diversity.
