Caitlin Barlow is the General Manager of JATEC Transport, an Australian family-owned and operated transport business. She brings hands-on experience in workforce planning, operations and leadership, with a firm belief that positive workplace culture is key to attracting and retaining quality people. Caitlin is a Director of Transport Women Australia Limited and works closely with the Australian Trucking Association on the InRoads Program, supporting businesses to improve inclusion and engagement across the industry. She leads by example and is focused on creating workplaces where people want to stay, develop and perform.
