Having entered the supply chain sector in 1998, Clem Valdez brings nearly three decades of practical, field-tested experience to enterprise technology across Australia and New Zealand. As Technical Services Manager for ANZ at Gamma Solutions, he specialises in bridging the gap between warehouse operational challenges and the high-performance technology needed to solve them. Clem’s career spans key roles across hardware vendors, software providers, and systems integration, including foundational experience at Intermec (now transitioning to Brady Corporation via Honeywell) and developing middleware for ERP platforms like QAD MFG-Pro. For the past 25 years at Gamma, Clem has worked directly alongside ANZ businesses to design, deploy, and support end-to-end supply chain and inventory solutions. Holding a Bachelor of Business in Supply Chain Management from RMIT University alongside industry accreditations from Cisco, HPE Aruba, and Microsoft, Clem remains deeply technical at heart. He focusses on leveraging Tier 1 technology ecosystems—including Cisco, HPE Aruba, Zebra, Honeywell, SOTI, Ivanti, StayLinked, and Qboid—to build reliable mobile, wireless, and real-time 3D dimensioning systems that protect margins and keep warehouse operations moving.
