Gavin has 25 years of experience working in roads and transport, including senior management roles in the NSW Government, TCA and Austroads. With a focus on delivering public outcomes in complex environments, his experience includes global work with the OECD and serving as President of the International Forum for Heavy Vehicle Transport & Technology. Gavin holds a master’s degree in public administration and an honours degree in economics.
