Hadi Ghaderi is a Professor at Swinburne Business School and a recognised leader in freight systems modelling, innovation, and decarbonisation. He leads Swinburne’s Supply Chain Decarbonisation program. He works closely with industry and government to design data-driven solutions for the future of freight. His research focuses on advanced freight modelling, network optimisation, and the application of data analytics and transport technologies to improve system performance. Hadi has secured significant competitive funding to deliver industry-partnered projects that enhance productivity, reduce emissions, and support evidence-based policy. His work integrates analytics and systems thinking to accelerate innovation and guide the transition to low-emissions, resilient freight networks.
