Jamal Kanj is Managing Director, Supply Chain at Navia, an Australian-founded global freight forwarding and 3PL provider. During more than 15 years with Navia, he progressed from freight forwarding through senior commercial roles to Chief Commercial Officer before assuming his current position. Jamal identified an opportunity to better integrate freight, warehousing and transport, giving customers greater visibility, control and consistency across their supply chains. He led the creation and expansion of Navia’s 3PL and transport offering, transforming an individual customer requirement into a core business division. Today, he focuses on strategic growth, technology, operational performance and sustainable customer outcomes.
