Melissa is a policy and strategy specialist with experience across many public sector roles, most recently including freight policy and strategy at Freight Victoria, policy management at Commercial Passenger Vehicles Victoria, and heavy vehicle productivity and safety management at the National Transport Commission. She leads freight sector decarbonisation policy initiatives and supports the implementation of the Victorian Freight Plan across government and industry stakeholders.
