With over 17 years’ experience in the Australian industrial market, David Hall has become a specialist in the leasing, sales and development of industrial assets within this region. David is a National Director – Industrial at Colliers International and also holds the role of Director in Charge for the Sydney West Industrial department. David’s career has seen him assist some of the largest Industrial occupiers in their relocation strategies from identifying their current requirements through to site identification, lease negotiation and occupation. With extensive experience in the development sector of the Industrial markets, this allows David to best service his clients in all facets of industrial development from site acquisition, divestment, construction, pre-lease transactions and investment sales.
