My Therese Blank, Head of Oceania Market, Regional Ocean Management – Maersk

My Therese Blank joined the Maersk International Management Trainee Program in Sweden in 2006 and has an extensive experience in the Shipping and Logistics Industry across Europe & and Asia Pacific. She has held several senior leadership roles within Maersk, including Owners Representative and Country Manager in Myanmar, responsible for the establishment of Maersk’s shipping activities in the country in 2013. My returned to New Zealand in 2014 as Key Account Manager for Kiwi logistics provider Kotahi, one of the company’s largest accounts globally. She joined the Oceania Area Leadership Team as Sales and Country Director of Maersk Line Australia in 2017, based in Sydney. Following the integration of Maersk Ocean and Logistics products in 2018, My was promoted to Area Customer Service Director for Maersk Oceania, responsible for the product integration and service delivery across Maersk’s Ocean and Logistics activities. On October 1st 2020, My joined the Asia Pacific Regional Ocean Management team as Head of Oceania Market with overall responsibility for the Maersk Group’s Ocean business in Oceania, covering both Maersk and Hamburg Sud brands. My holds a master’s degree in business and economics from Uppsala University Sweden.
